NOHACA LOGO R Sin fondo.png

Nohaca is born where heritage meets innovation — in the volcanic highlands of Arandas, Jalisco. Using single-origin Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested at peak ripeness, each batch is slow-roasted in clay/brick ovens for up to 60 hours and fermented for eight days in open-top tanks, allowing time and nature to shape depth of flavour.

Bottled at 42% ABV, completely additive-free, and packaged in 100% recycled glass with minimalist, design-rich bottles, Nohaca presents “global Mexican luxury” defined by provenance, purity and purpose.

The brand invites the curious, the “nomads making paths” (from the Spanish “nómadas haciendo caminos”), to explore authentic craftsmanship with modern elegance.

In short: Nohaca isn’t just tequila — it’s a journey. From ancient volcanic soils to sustainable packaging, it’s crafted for those who value flavour, story and consciously-made luxury.

The LIQUID

We source SINGLE ORIGIN 100% Blue Weber

agave from the HIGHLANDS of Arandas, Jalisco

Our carefully selected agave is then roasted in a CLAY BRICK OVEN for 60 HOURS to release as much flavour and NATURAL SWEETNESS as possible.

The liquid extracted from the ROLLER MILL is then left to ferment in open topped tanks for 8 DAYS allowing the yeast to develop a unique, complex CITRUS & FLORAL flavour profile. We DISTIL TWICE and filter once before reducing the final tequila to 42% alc by volume.

The final tequila is 100% ADDITIVE FREE
